At Livana, your satisfaction is our priority. We back every purchase with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days of your order fulfillment date, subject to the terms below.
1. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Try Livana risk-free. If you are not happy with your results within 60 days of your order being fulfilled, contact us for a refund of the purchase price. You do not need to return opened or partially used bottles to qualify for the guarantee; our Customer Support team will provide instructions and let you know if a return is required.
2. How to Request a Refund or Return
Email us at support@livana.com with your order number and the reason for your request, or log in to your account. Our team will respond with next steps. Please do not ship any product back to us before contacting us and receiving instructions.
3. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method. After our team processes the request, it generally takes up to ten (10) business days to issue the refund, and it may take up to an additional ten (10) days for the credit to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@livana.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: (1) items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable”; (2) original and expedited shipping fees; and (3) gift cards or orders placed using gift cards. All sales are final after 60 days from order fulfillment.
6. Subscriptions
If you purchased through our Subscribe & Save program, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date. To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment. Orders that have already shipped are subject to this Refund Policy.
