This Shipping Policy describes how Livana processes and ships orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. For additional terms, see our Terms of Service.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Orders placed after our daily cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.
2. Delivery Times
United States: typically 3–7 business days after processing.
International: typically 7–21 business days after processing, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility, transit time is controlled by the carrier and is subject to factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping options and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order, before you complete your purchase.
4. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error after ordering, email support@livana.com immediately. Because we frequently ship the same day, we cannot guarantee that we can change an order after it is placed.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Livana has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
6. Delivery Confirmation
You agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is sufficient proof of delivery, even without a signature.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, your package is marked delivered but not received, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@livana.com and we will help resolve it.
